The Double Edged Sword We Call Technology In the recent years, modern technology has heavily impacted nearly every aspect of human life. The things we experience, how we communicate, our values, how we develop from a child, technology impacts us in such a way that we don’t even realize it. As technology advances us into a more futuristic world, it is declining us a society as well, hence the term â€Å"double edged sword†. From the beginning of humankind, technology has been developing faster and faster. The first humans had absolutely nothing and, today, in 2016, we have literally everything. This has made people live in a virtual world of online media and this can be dangerous because it can alter the way we have been living since the birth of man. Technology is getting greater and greater but does that come with a price? The more advanced technology gets, the more it seems to control us.
